How many puffs equal 1 cigarette?

Hi.
As said don't think you can compare directly.

Nice one on quiting.

6mg is fairly low starting point so well done.
Most start at about 18mg.

Just go with what is comfortable for you and slowly work down if you want to.
Cheers Fazz!

the website I bought the juice off advised 6mg for people who smoked between 10-15 cigs a day so that’s why I went for 6 and It’s worked so far

hI @Bruben and welcome to the planet.

tbh i think comparing cigs to vape is pointless and almost impossible to answer.

think of it this way, vape ya tits off and enjoy the feeling of not being a smoker of cancer sticks anymore and at least 95% healthier after the first few weeks.

yes there are going to be some long term smokers that have already sucummed to various heart, lung cancer issues where the damage is sadly to far gone so they will never be 100% fitter again and be able to run a marathon.
but for the majority, after the first two-three weeks of stopping smoking and going through the detox process the lungs can start healing themselves as they are not getting all the dangerous toxins that are in cigs.
even me, i smoked for 37 years and gave up overnight just over 6 years ago with a vape. my body is fekked with arthritis but my chest and lungs are clear and look like a never smoker.
i can averag 40-50ml a day at 3mg and i have no wheezing in the mornings since giving up the cigs.

Cheers @BULLDOG1964!

I’ve invested enough money in it now so hoping to keep at it for the long haul! Even bought an ultrasonic cleaner as I saw it recommended on here :18:

Yep, as has been said it's almost impossible to compare, just enjoy. And well done. :)

40-50ml a day????!!! Is that even possible @MrDJ!

On a serious note I find that the only downsides of vaping too much - which I have been doing at times during lockdown - is dehydration if I don’t tan the water and also lightheadedness which I think is too much nicotine.

I only realised the other day that I haven’t had a cold or chest infection since I gave up the ciggies. It’s been over three years now. Previously I’d get a cold and then chest infection every year. I definitely might pack up vaping one day but I’m never going near a cigarette again.

Welcome and hello @Bruben and well done on packing up

Cheers @Smokeandsteam

I’ve been getting a bit lightheaded too, assumed like you that it was from the nicotine
