You can always use the Nicotine Shot/Shortfill Calculator in @MrDJ list. This will save anyone having to work it out long handed.
It will calculate any strength nic shot to add to any shortfill, even if it has existing nic in it.

You could look at Juice Cabin for NETs, I think they do 12mg in 30 and 60ml shortfills.

Still can't get that to 18mg with nicshots, so doesn't really matter what the shortfill strength is, doesn't change the solution unless it's 18mg.

You can only get to 18mg nic strength using the unspokenable higher strength nic. Alternatively you could use 18 or 20mg nic shots and add a flavour concentrate to it. You can play around with pg and vg nic shots to get an approx pg/vg ratio.
Using 18mg or 20mg nic shots you could be able to get around an overall nic strength of 16mg ish

Generally a 60ml shortfill comes with 50ml of juice in a 60ml bottle. So you'd have to pour out 5ml of juice to get to 60ml that way.

Also, I think you have the target strength set to 18.1, which is why it is suggesting 15.08 ml of nic

well spotted mate. ive got my screen zoomed so i can actually see what im doing so missed the .1 as it was hidden
