I haven't touched a rolly since I bought my first kit 11 days ago, still got some stashed but haven't felt the need to touch it, I haven't put any pressure on myself to quit as that never works. I just bought the kit coz I had a puff on my sis inlaws disposable e-cig. I had my last rolly at 6pm 19th of december, the only thing that bugs me is the fact I didn't no it would be my last fag, but oh well at least I ain't fancied a stinkie. Then I bought 2 more kits, ego vision 3 and a itaste ep, got bout 14 juices, but since yesterday I have vaped bout 5mls because I mixed a zero nic with 18mg nic so i dont worry bout over doing it, I chain vape alot and can get thru full tank in 5 mins lol unless I'm doin something but its always at the back of my mind, I'm sure once the novelty wears off I will only vape when I need to, but those juicies r so tasty. I have heard people talk bout squid ink so ordered some yesterday, I'm hoping it's nice

If you do want to cut down on your vaping you could try getting the 24mg nicotine. I normally use 18mg and I can vape that all day. I bought a 24ml Dekang RY4 last week but haven't tried it yet. I'm thinking it will give me a nicotine hit in the morning. And I will use it like a normal cigarette maybe every 40-50 mins. I will them have some longer vaping sessions on the evening with some of the 18ml stuff.

I found the need of my 24 mg liquid decreased over time to the point where I don't need it ever,if I try using it these days I get a headache.Yet I can vape 18 mg by the fecking bottle with no issues
