Your body will tell you when you have had enough!
I vape almost all the time, a few puffs now and again is nothing unusual, when you have vaped too much (in my experience) you will either feel a bit sick or get a headache, i find that i just put my gear down and don't touch it for about half an hour.
I do try not to vape too much before bed time otherwise i can't sleep!
Yes, I believe I am becoming acquainted with the vapour now. I almost felt guilty having sly drags at work. I was treating every vape as a ciggie.....not sure what the equivalent is..........now that I am in a relaxed state as it were, it is quite constant.
I have also found that while i appear to be vaping all the time, i am actually only having a couple of toots each time, and i used to be a top tabber, so all in all, it isn't too bad!
It keeps me wired & i vape 11mg in a rebuildable dripper. Quite a lot of vapor in a drag on that. When i first went full time vaping & no cigs i was on 18mg strength & i had one experience when i woke up in the early hours feeling ill. It was quite unpleasant but that passed & i learned that it needed to be respected. As it goes now, i can read the signs that i've had enough early on & so know when to put it down. 24mg to me would be a lot.
The biggest difference is that with the stinkies you feel compelled to smoke the whole thing so you get kind of a "reserve tank" effect, with vaping you just "top off the glass" as and when you need it...
myine is in my hand pretty much from when i wake up to when i go to sleep and probably vape on avergae a puff every minute or so though i have dropped to 12mg nic . think the longest ive gone during day is about half an hour! like smoking everyones different. MY uncle smokes about 10 cigs a month, my sis in law about 20 a month, i was 20 a day, my brother was 60 a day smoker.. you'll body will soon tell you if your getting to much or not enough
