I think you are right KMS. It's been done abroad before, and I think it will happen here too.
Clive Bates suggested that regulation should be individually tailored to the market in question, and that regulation along the lines of cosmetic products regulation would be a viable and much more suitable model for vaping.
However, whatever happens, regulation will occur and the current "freedom of choice" we have is likely to be affected either to some degree, or to a large degree, depending on how things end up going.
As I said, I don't want to be a nay-sayer, but I am under no illusion that everything will carry in as normal, even if a legal challenge is successful.
