OK, that's a 200W mod, you mention building coils for the cleito 120, so I assume you've bought the RBA head to replace the standard 0.16 ohm coils and are now trying to come up with rebuildable coils to replicate that setup, right?

im going to buy the coil master I have a standard mini tool kit for it at the moment with a coiling rod I haven't bought any wire at the moment as im unsure what wire to get

Please don’t buy ni200 that’s for temp control mode only.

I like ss316l (stainless steel), ni80 (nichrome) is popular and nice fast heat up time, and there’s always good old kanthal.

You need to look at the gage (awg) because that affects the resistance.

Have a play on steam-engine website, a good starting point would probably be 5 wraps of a 3mm coil with target resistance 0.15-0.2 see which wire and gage suits what you’re after. Sorry I’d be more descriptive but am out and about!

Best keep it simple to begin with and just use plain wire as you learn. I'm not familiar with the cleito 120 RBA but I had the original cleito RBA and know it's not blessed with loads of build space.

I'd aim for either

That gives you the choice of either SS or Ni80 wire which should be quite easy to start off with.

I also use ss316L and I use temp control. I dont like ni200 and I would suggest that you do not use it either as it seem you are not aware that ni200 can only be used in temp control and using it in wattage mode would be bad for you.
