Ijoy capo squonk issue

I have been vaping for years and using a squonk for most of them. I usually use the vandy vape squonk as they are pretty sturdy. I bought a ijoy capo squonk today, as a bit of an upgrade, bought it home, built the deck, and then noticed an issue. It's all built and ready to go, presoaked my cotton, but realised when I press the bottle, no juice is rising to the deck through the hole in the bottom of the deck. Removed deck and it's not even coming out the top of the mod at the connector. Anyone had this issue before or be able shed some light, no obvious blocks I can find, really got me stumped! Thanks

Is that the one with the metal tube into the bottle?

Without the bottle or RSA attached, can you see through the tube?

Is the tube hitting the bottom of the bottle?

I've made sure the bottom holes of the tube are clear, it is a metal tube. The metal tube does touch the bottom but the feed slits are on the sides and not covered. With the slots being on the side of tube, it's not possible to see all the way down it.

I found that the bung that sits in the top of the bottle would never sit fully in when I pushed the bottle up in the place. Because of that it wouldn't seal properly. I now wiggle it down the metal tube and put it in place first and then slide the whole bottle up into place.

It's been a while since I held a capo - couldn't remember where the holes are

What if you peer down from the 510 hole and shine a torch at the slits - can you see light?

Can you blow through it?

Do you have one of those 510 squonk refill bottles? If so try an empty one to see if it blows air down.
