I'm now a vaper not a smoker, or am I ?

You like the nicotine but you most definitely don't smoke if I get asked I say no not for 3 years I also had one of them checks done a few weeks ago as I was walking through the bus station I didn't say I didn't smoke I let them tell me as it was I was clear and she scratches her head and says YOU DONT SMOKE I said I know I vape but I thought I would get another opinion.

Wow, first of all thanks for the welcomes. Second, skanska that is a result that surprised me. I have a friend who had tablets from the doctor to stop smoking who had similar tests done and wondered if he used an e-cig would it show up ? I do still have 2 full packs of cigarettes on the side but after a full month just on vaper I really don't want a fag and I for one could not give up on will power alone. The gum taste like chemical warfare and I can't use patches as I'm covered in tattoos and was told there not to be used over tattooed skin, what difference a tattoo makes I've no idea.

As fat as I'm concerned vapers are not smokers you need to be careful on forms though for insurance and the like I'm not sure what their definition of smoker/non smoker is - they should add an extra question 1.do you use nicotine 2.are you a vaper and free of the burning weed?

I'd say ex smoker. I view it much like alcoholism actually and think that as an ex smoker theres a higher risk of A) me smoking a cigarette and B) me taking up the habit again, than that on a 'non smoker'. Either way, congrats! Its a long hard road but you've done it!
