I've sent several emails to which I've not received the info requested.

I ordered an IPV5 when on Pre-Order on 28th Jan, order number #6875, dispatch was confirmed on the 29th Jan. On a pre-order item?

Chris confirmed, by email, on 1st Feb that the item would be packaged and posted that day and should be received the next day.

I emailed on 4th Feb to request a tracking number as I still haven't received the item. This same day the item went from pre-order to in stock. The item still has not been received today, 8th Feb, and still no response to my emails and here on the forum.

As you can imagine, I am somewhat bemused by this whole situation and the lack of customer service. WHAT IS GOING ON?

Received a response this morning. Happy to say that all is now resolved.
