also, in scotland we can travel 5 miles outside the council area for exercise. there’s no restrictions about driving cars.

Personally speaking I'd think I'd be less likely to come a cropper on a bike than a sledge simply because a sledge is pretty much uncontrollable.

Sometimes even the most inappropriately attired folk can hide surprising talents. The lady in the photo could have been a past Winter Olympics champion, thus being in a perfect position to instruct the pups on how to correctly control a sledge.

Also it is snowing. Or at least it had been. I’d argue that in most instances a sledge is a more appropriate mode of transport in said inclement weather than a bike is.

When you post things, I can never be totally sure without extensive research whether it is or is not what you say.
At the moment I would have to keep an open mind.

It might be an old stock photo of a couple of coppers having a friendly chat that was mislabeled by an anti lock down conspiracy theorist then served up to you by google because your profile shows you like that sort of thing.

If it is a mother and kids getting a warning for breaking restrictions, it would seem excessive given what we can see in the photo.
I wonder who is taking the photo and why.
