Is this breaking the law ?

I thought that Karens & Kens were the people not wearing masks because they infringed their civil liberties. Whether their in supermarkets or protesting in groups.But now i've been told that it means people who just like to moan.

I think common sense should prevail.
Personally speaking I'd think I'd be less likely to come a cropper on a bike than a sledge simply because a sledge is pretty much uncontrollable.

i don’t think this is common sense. you linked to an article reporting a sledging injury. i could link to thousands of articles about injuries and deaths of cyclists. and even more people are injured or die while walking.

it seems to me that the nhs is unlikely to be overwhelmed by a surge in sledge related injuries.
 
No, a family of three all from the same family outside. If they were hugging/licking people from other households, then it's a problem

We don't know, you'd have to assume they were local unless somebody saw them drive the 50 miles & grassed them in
