Generally I would say no, even in this climate. If they've driven <arbitrary distance> to play in the snow It has the potential to fuck everyone else over.

When you post things, I can never be totally sure without extensive research whether it is or is not what you say.
At the moment I would have to keep an open mind.

It might be an old stock photo of a couple of coppers having a friendly chat that was mislabeled by an anti lock down conspiracy theorist then served up to you by google because your profile shows you like that sort of thing.

If it is a mother and kids getting a warning for breaking restrictions, it would seem excessive given what we can see in the photo.
I wonder who is taking the photo and why.
