I came across this post on instagram where someone had made a ring of kanthal and ran it through the negative posts and attached their coils to that, I think if it were a safe move, this is brilliant for those tricky RDAS that don't have post holes

I thought as much, I thought it could have been a quick alternative to wrapping my wire around my posts (which lack in holes) but I guess you gotta put in the work to stay safe eh

What dripper doesn't have post holes. I've never seen one.

Quite a few actually, the HCIGAR 3D RDA doesn't have any, the Omega doesn't have any, I can't name any more but I know they're out there, mine was a regrettable buy but it does provide a lot of flavour and has perhaps the deepest juice well I've ever seen

Throw them in the bin mate, and get a decent dripper. :D

You can see post holes in the picture, so who ever created that, is due a slap :D He must have been pretty close to causing himself a short as well.

There's no really any purpose in that build, it doesn't improve the vape at all. You can still wrap coils easily enough by trapping the wire between the screws and posts.

If that person doesn't fancy doing that, then either drill your own holes, or as 3dj said, chuck the shit and buy an RDA that supports holes in posts lol.

It is very fiddly to trap the wire between the screws and posts, perhaps I need bigger heads on my screws or just some larger spacers, but I thought this could have been a quick fix, but look at the fact that the loop connects both negative posts you can tell there is some sort of safety issue. That and the fact that when you put the top of the rda on, I imagine there is not much space between the coil and the sides, potentially causing a short, thanks for the help though! Persuaded me not to even try it haha

The 454 big block is similar to that. I have one but only got a dual coil in it.
