What's new

Iv changed everything several times but still getting burnt hits.

As you have been running at 39watts it sounds like you need to try the 0.7ohm coil which is rated at 18-23watts
Your 1.6ohm coil is best below 15watts

There is also a new 0.4ohm coil just released with the nautilus 2s tank so that should go even higher and fit your tank.

A 1.6Ω coil with 4.7v would give the OP 13.8 watts roughly, no? Where are you getting 39 watts from?

And this is exactly why I said it is best to mention wattage instead of volts.
I pick up my istick40 as I'm guessing this was the mod they were using or similar. I change the voltage to what was mentioned and mine read 39w buy remember this was before we knew what kit it was and what coil they were using.

Also 4.7v and 39w was mentioned in first post.

Edit

I'm seeing a pattern here. Sorry but it's been mention by quite a lot of people lately on so many different threads so why do you always have to find fault with many many Many posts on the forum but don't actually give what you think is the correct advice.
Bad day at hospital so this was the very polite edit as I don't feel like being banned today.

I think power (watts) is calculated by voltage squared divided divided by resistance.

I think if the OPs coils are rated in voltage rather than watts it would make sense for him/her to think in volts, no?

Can't the OP just toggle to VW instead of VV and make it easier to help ?

Is the V W / V V / V W toggled by hitting the fire button three times - according to a 30w
(seemed badly written Chinglish but that is what I gathered)
if he has a similar model - can't he just RTFM and toggle V W instead ???

going by this:

https://www.theelectroniccigarette.co.uk/media/wysiwyg/manuals/Eleaf-iStick-30W-User-Manual.pdf

halfway down the page - at least try V W
or he has shit snidey coils maybe ?

think 3.8v to 4v absolute max should do most coils around that mark
I'm using 3.7v on Eleaf mini (no wattage option) with a Ehpro True
but never needed to go above 4v really on a T20s & others with 1.6 Ohms

But he told us he’s been using it for years in voltage display mode and that his coils are rated in volts.

Think he was saying he has used volts for years but sounds like he has tried other tanks/coils

Wish OP could have provided more detail earlier on and maybe a pic says a thousand words
