I've finally done it

After a long time of going back and forth, should I shouldn't I, and posting and asking countless questions on this forum (seriously guys, thanks so much for the help), I have finally taken the plunged and become a squonker.

My new toy is a Yiloong Gorilla 3d squonker with a pulse 22 in gold. Only been playing with it for about half an hour but I can see the hype with squonking is not misplaced! Was going to wait for the Pulse BF mod to come out but a few nights ago I had too many beers and decided I couldn't wait any longer. At this time I'd like to thank drunk St00ble for making this purchase and for not sinking loads of cash into a lost vape drone!

From here on out I can already tell my next few purchases over the coming months and years will be squonk related.

I like the look of that pulse in gold is it anodised? How's it working out a couple of weeks down the line? Leaky or gold colour wearing off or any other niggles?

I like the look of that pulse in gold is it anodised? How's it working out a couple of weeks down the line? Leaky or gold colour wearing off or any other niggles?

It’s performing spectacularly. Love it to bits. Gold looks as bang on as the day I got it, unlike the gold recoil I have which looks naff and needs weekly cleaning (I think it’s actualy brass coloured rather than gold).

One niggle - the bottom section of the top cap is secured by an o-ring tougher than thor’s hammer. I have to wedge a knife under the piece and jimmy it off in order to access the build deck. New gear is always quite tight and tends to loosten up over time but this is still tight as fuck.

The other thing to mention is the post holes. Not a niggle as such but keep in mind that you ‘drop in’ your coils into the holes. This means you need to clip the leads to the right length then fit the coils. It takes a bit of practice to get it right but after a few builds it becomes second nature. Other than that, it’s a great rda

I'm just glad we got Stevie Clark in before Pedro gets the dan mack hopefully he is still in a job on Wednesday night and give us a chance to grab some vital points
