no im not agreeing, i clearly stated that any particles were of a level that was admissiable as harmful being to small or to large. and just because one doctor among the population f the world isnt aware of such reasearch doesnt mean it doesnt exist.
i would suggest using forum search for silica to find the thread and the articles and links as im not in the habit of doing other peoples work for them
have a good night

That seems a tad twattish of you, I'm afraid to say.

Search a vaping site for the word 'silica?' Any idea how many thousand results that would throw up? And yet you would be able to give me the link in seconds? But won't 'cos you've bailed?

Nice one.

That said... do you mean this thread? (http://www.planetofthevapes.co.uk/f...-clearomisers?highlight=phantom+diablo+silica)

... 'cos there are no links to research there. Or is there another?

Still... I've had a hunt around on google... no research or clinical trials I can find on the thermal decomposition of materials and substances in relation to electronic cigarettes and lung inhalation. In fact, there are calls for such research and trials to be undertaken.

As for the 'one doctor' believe me, I would trust this particular doctor's word far more than yours. No offence. If he says the research and trials haven't been done... sorry... but I believe him.

Not following you... I need help.

Oh and Midnight... awesome pterodactyl, you have there :D

Motherfucking Pterodactyl, if you please :D

I'd like to see the links too, Phantom Diablo. If you wouldn't mind. Seems silly to mention links but provide no access to them. And then to bow out.

Since this thread isnt about inhalation studies on silica I would ask that someone start a NEW thread an allow this one to go back on topic. When someone starts the new thread, I will kindly provide a list of scholarly articles about silica inhalation which can be found on google.

To put this back on topic you will notice that Mr Kraken has stopped colouring for a while whilst he caries out tests. I only noticed as my ADV is squid ink and it's now naked

Although I've never mentioned inhalation studies on silica... would you please find a home on whatever threadline you think relevant and I'll gladly continue there... only... all the points raised are on the broad topic of the OP, if you think about it... unless you don't, in which case it doesn't matter what I think :D

No need to provide a list of scholarly articles about silica inhalation though, as no-one wants them.

This thread seems to be suffering from a bout of 'not reading it but must comment.'

I suffer that on a daily basis, 7300 members and nearly 10k posts a day to go through? You lot do my head in sometimes :P

Whatever the content, its not relevant to the OP anymore ...5 going on 6 pages in and I would like the thread to go back on topic :) because i find the discussion of unnecessary use of dyes quite fascinating and am thinking it would go very well with my microbiology course coming up... Might even write my paper on the effect of food dyes in the lungs...
