Thanks everyone for the replies. The nemesis is brand new so I don't think it's a build up problem. Although it looks like I may have over tightened the top screw. It looks like this. Is this normal?View attachment 34252
The best way I could describe it as its like using it with a flat battery or nearly flat. It floods because it's like the coils not getting as hot as it should. This would fit into the category of voltage drop? It's brand new though?!
