Last Call for POTV Attendees?

Who from POTV will be attending VapeFest and anyone have any ideas where we can meet up in a single place?

I am taking the train down so we wont be there til about 1130 am or noon time ish

Hi and sorry for the delayed reply, I've only been around in 'dribs & drabs' over the last month or so....life took a bit of a manic turn! HOWEVER, I'm 90% sure I'll be coming down from Yorkshire and hope to be there sometime between 9-10am. I'll be on my own, unless I can convince my (still smoking) friend to join me there, so I'll look out for bananas and POTV apparel....really looking forward to meeting everyone!

I might be heading down depending on how things lie here closer to the time. If there is going to be an official meetup spot I will make sure I introduce myself - you will hear me arrive on the bike though

I am in early in the morning, going for a bite to eat then heading for the venue. Both my OH and I will be in POTV gear...


I am not exactly sure how the place is going to be set up... but maybe somewhere off to the right of the entrance for the vendor tent?

I has just booked a room for Saturday night and am now deciding whether to let the train take the strain or to drive.

For the record I am not going to have a table there, won't be bringing anything to sell and plan on just attending as a vaper and not a vendor. Albeit one giving away e-liquid 10mls at a time.

oh also im kind really wanting to win the 220mls of juice for being one of the 1st 50 ppl through the doors,. what time shall i expect to queue for an attempt at that? were staying in a hotel the friday night so ill be up early , i just dont want to look like a deuce sitting outside at 8am for like 100ppl to show up throughout the day .

I got talking to the g/f about this event and I think I maybe be attending (I think she just wants a day out).

But the only problem I might have is parking near the venue as I would have the kid and all the stuff that comes with a 8 week old baby.

I know the ankerside shopping centre has a carpark so that looks like safe option

i reckon most folks traveling will be arriving between 9-10. You won't look a dunce and you can save me a space (only joking, that wouldn't be fair!).

To me thats the concern also. With 3000 to 4000 people attending, that is some cars!

If you get in early enough, parking at the Moat House should be ok...

and can I hold your baby?? I love little ones and it helps me keep my head straight and not have anymore!




Also, I think the majority of die hard forum users will be there the earliest. Some people cant be assed and just come and go as they please!
