I picked up an old lost vape halcyon a while back, but I'm not too happy with the lipo situation. Sometimes it changes via the usb, or else I have to take it out and use an external charger. I'm wondering about the feasibility of popping a 20700 tray in there instead (I doubt a 21700 would fit). Could it be attached to the lipo ports that are already there, or am I going to create a lot of work for myself by having to rip out wiring and mess with the board (DNA 60)? P.s. I have zero electronics/ soldering experience

LV Halcyon is DNA200, at least my two are.

If my memory serves me well I have seen said conversion with a DNA 200 board via the lipo plug. And they used the same plug and wired that to a battery tray. (as in female from board, and male to battery tray/either way) That way you can unplug tray and take out and put lipo back in if wanted.

The Efusion was convertable to dual cell with the supplied battery sled. No room in the Halcyon for twin cell sled as the squonk bottle takes up the space of one cell.

Modmaker/Stealth vape, would be the places for parts, I would think. See what options you have and take from there. Pm me if you can get bits and I will try and help.

@mattc1 That was exactly the solution I was looking for. Any ideas how I might go about it? Getting the parts etc?
Drop Stealtvape a message.
Also check the balancing plug on the board, white connection, also gets full of juice. Had to give both mine a good clean out due to juice ingress. As the charging circuit goes through this it is more likely to be the issue.

Thanks buddy. So I'll just need to wire up some lipo connecters (I think it's an xt30) to a battery tray and jobs a goodun?
