Liquid appearance/colour

Started mixing today,
One of my faves is mango based.
Got some mango flavour concentrate from Alchemist Cupboard and it's just a plain clear colour.
As my usual vendor liquid is a deep yellow do they add food colouring?
Also ordered some Capella sweet mango that hasn't arrived yet so not sure the colour of that.
It also doesn't taste and have the same deep aroma.
Also cant see much change from steeping.
Is it a case of trying different brand concentrates?

Alot of home made juice is a pale colour when freshly mixed.... Steeping almost always develops a colour change.

Most if not all fruits are good to go after a good shake.. Perhaps raise your % of flavour concentrate... If you only started mixing today you won't see any colour change from steeping. But flavour should be there

It smells weird too, I know I have the percentages spot on.
Will have to let time do the work I guess.

I made 80ml of mango and guava by flavour west. Very nice after about 4 days steep.
