Lord Callanan present motion today

His full initial comment is here.

The way I understand it, they have until the 10th June to properly discuss/vote on it.
In only halfway down this and it's like looking at a transcript from God. Let's hope the 'other place' listens too.

Thanks for this. Made my night.

Does anyone know whether the motion has to be presented verbally?

I was under the impression that Lord Callanan still had to formally table the motion. All the sessions seem to keep running over and being adjourned due to the Queen's Speech still being discussed.

There's nothing on Lord Callanan's recent activity page to mention it yet : https://hansard.digiminster.com/search/MemberContributions?memberId=4336&type=Spoken

The records of activity seem to be up to date as Lord Hunt's page is up to date : https://hansard.digiminster.com/search/MemberContributions?memberId=2024&type=Spoken

I hope i'm wrong as there's only a couple more days with sessions before they break for a week.

I believe so, though I'm less familiar with the workings of the Lords. I've got it in my head that on the 10th June there'll be a discussion about it and then a vote for/against the motion - and then we'll know.

That said; for the life of me I can't work out why I think that. I'm pretty sure I read it somewhere but I can't remember where :(
