Aye, postage was changed last week. Was £3 flat, it's now set to Royal Mail's 2015 rates. Was more if a case that I was charging too much in most cases, so I sorted that out.

Did you not put any self resetting fuses in the circuit? I built a kick into mine as well which apart from the fuses and kick looks pretty much the same as yours.

It's not pretty inside, full of wires, components and hot glue. This is the video I followed. Only difference is I fitted a Sigeli kick in between the feeds to the 510 which in effect makes it a regulated mod.

Was going to say, popping kicks n wotnot in there its a reg mod to all intents and purposes. As i say next one may have a board in it, want to stick with the G size, got a B sized Toby Allen switch box which is lovely but i just like the G size in my hand.

Only glue in this one dude is a little bit of epoxy resin for the magnets.

I did watch a few vids but most the homework was done with me trusty calculator.

Anyway, chuck a piccie up, sounds interesting.

The only problem I have with it is, to fit everything in I had to use quite a large box. Plus the box had chamfered sides so I used a bench grinder to grind it square and then buffed it up. Also, I couldn't for the life of me find anywhere that had shrink tube big enough to encase the kick in so it's wrapped in duct tape. I'll take a photo when I get a chance but, like I said, it's not pretty.
