What's new

memzey's mixes

I’ve just cracked open the blackcurrant cheesecake (version 2 mix). This is the same recipe as before but with the blackcurrant changed to the INW blend and 0.5%% blackberry added. I vaped it at 70w on the Rye RDA.

Right off the bat the improvement is stunning. The blackberry (and maybe the new blackcurrant) adds a depth that was basically absent in version 1. That alone lifts the flavour. The change of blackcurrant blend is also immediately obvious as there is a sweet punch that was also missing first time around. The cream and biscuit notes also seem better balanced and layered (that might just be my imagination).

Doesn’t it feel good when you get a mix right? If I had got this from a shop I’d be sat here thinking ‘this is a good Eliquid’!.

Thanks for all of your help guys!!!

I’ve got a strawberries and cream steeping to try next. After that I’ll be on the hunt for some new tips and suggestions.
Let us know how the strawberries and cream turns out and if it's good post up the recipe!

Here’s the recipe

fans of inawera tobaccos should try this one: 2% dark for pipe, 2% of any of their tobacco absolutes (oriental in the one i have going) and 0.5 or 1% cavendish. it’s quite pipeish.

Dark For Pipe is now available from Nom Nomz :) I used to have (years ago) some Inawera cavendish, I thought it was proper rank, so probably binned it, which Cavendish would you recommend please?

Edit; found the Cavendish :D

Interesting, test shake and vape, very grassy, but not in a weedy way.

1.50% Dark For Pipe Classic (INAWERA)
0.50% Tobacco Absolute Garuda (INAWERA)
0.30% Tobacco Cavendish WG (INAWERA)

it should improve and smooth out a bit after a week or so, too. you can adjust the ratios to suit as well, more dark will up sweetness and more cavendish will up the aromatic/grassiness.

you can also switch the dark for pipe for black.

it’s just a wee variation on this one.
