Miffed at fasttech

Still no Fasttech Vamo here...managed to source last 18650 battery in Blackpool which was hidden in a pro vari demo in town.. bagged.. no charger tho but has 4volts charge in it..Will be off to TonyGTB to charge his lent one and mine lmao.. Also ive told fasttech i want a refund after they said wait another 2 days.. ive said no i wont wait and royal mail have no trace.. ive rung sorting office which was a pointless exercise.. 6th june i ordered lmao.

I've been told that they don't consider something lost until 2 months has passed. I'd be interested if you get a refund in 2 days.

Quick update, the Kanger Pro I ordered 18/6/13 still hasn't arrived yet, but the Tracking info has been updated to "The item arrived in it's destination country 30/6/13."
Ok, so it's in the UK now, apparently, so now down to Royal Mail. Hoped it would drop through my letter box today, but it hasn't. Here's hoping for tomorrow.

My Vamo V3 ordered from Fasttech on the 9th June arrived today. Only 16 working days, not as bad as some.

Ordered an SVD from them on the 9th of June and today the tracking says that it will leave HK on the 3rd of July!!!! I have spent a lot of money with Fasttech and used to rate them highly but they are definately going down the vendor rank in my perspective. Apart from the first order all of them have taken longer then their stated delivery times. I know thats the deal with ordering stuff from China but this is taking the piss!

by you Royal mail/parcelforce are unable to find my item as it has not arrived in the UK .. yet it had left Honk Kong on the 16th June.. so i take it its still in the sky on a plane somewhere.. Refund please

Sorry for the delay. But I am sorry to say that we are not able to refund you at this point since the package is not returned to us or lost neither. The refund will take place in these two situations. Would you please wait for a couple days more since it appears to be a common delay?
