Miffed at fasttech

I would just like to formally recognise the word "miffed" and commend Blackpool Andy for a POTV certificate.

I'm in EXACTLY the same situation as you mate!

Well, I have just cancelled a Vamo V3 & SVD order. One placed on the 5th June and one placed on the 7th June, as neither had been despatched :(

Just placed an order tonight for a load of PC bits (Cables & Stuff) for £34.00 and guess what.........money gone from PayPal, but no order showing up on their site :(

The joys of trying to recover the money start here.

The 3 eVods I ordered all leak like a sieve.

Andy .. Im sorry you are having these issues .. but its exactly why Ive ordered nothing and have sat watching what happens with everyone else.

Im sure some stuff will be great .. im equally sure every order will be like playing russian roulette quality and order time wise.

at present .. I reckon supporting the locals is the way forward!

No I totally agree. When I sat back and thought why had I ordered it, it was purely greed, I didn't need it AMD in most cases didn't want it really. I only have myself to blame and if I was ever after something I really wanted it would be UK vendors no question. As for the PC bits it was a no brainer buying them from China.

Crazy really but I have gone for quantity over quality, but when it comes to the ladies, I do argue quality is much better than quantity :D

fasttech post is akin to going to the airport without a booked flight and going on "standby"...if someone doesnt arrive for their flight, you get that seat....if the flight is full, enjoy waiting some more.

the parcels arrive at the airlines, and are third class citizens effectively, pre-booked/EMS/ etc all get preference. If a pallet that was booked doesnt turn up, then the bulk/cheap/ postal items get loaded.

I appreciate that it probably doesnt hang around for a week waiting for a flight, but it can. And it will often wait 2 -3 -4 days. Couple that with a holiday or two everynow and again, backing things up, and you can wait a long time from when it leaves fasttech premises, to when it actually leaves on an aeroplane

I've ordered 4 times from Fast Tech - and the only thing that's taking me usual 4 weeks anticipated wait this far is the MVP. At less than £30 delivered i can take the waiting + tis a 'bonus' device for me rather than a necessity.

The Liqua juice is spot on - the Evods OK (one meh - one Good both with seconds style airholes tho) and the 900mAh ego works but is more like a 500 for battery life.

All in all thus far - no real complaints as i've spent about £55 on kit and the MVP wasn't much more than that inc delivery in the UK

Funny you should say that, but going through all of my orders and above, it seems the only flights these actually get on are always on a Sunday, which makes sense as its the only day most companies in HK dont work. :)
