Miffed at fasttech

Having just received another fob-off from them, I've gone from "miffed" to "bloody well vexed".

I appreciate your are annoyed here. I have had rwo orders delivered from Fasttech and will probably order again to get a couple more bits.

I can only imagine that the item is in transit and as with many sellers, once it's left their site it's in the hands of the postal service which they have little or no control over. They do offer a contact number on the fasttech site for Royal Mail (check the faq) and considering another person has received their kit
, and I received some stuff yesterday it just reeks of being stuck somewhere. Might be worth phoning Royal Mail and asking if they can provide an update. Once 30 days have passed.

Anyway, just a thought, one of those things.

Royal Mail don't provide a free tracking service. I've seen the number but RM would have no idea where my stuff is and, experience has proved, give no shits either.

I've had one order arrive exactly as expected from their T&Cs. Being pissed about on these two orders, with the constant "wait a couple more days" response isn't good enough. Tag on the bits they sent me which have already fallen apart/not worked properly and you can say that I'm now one pretty fucking unhappy customer of Fasttech.
 
at present .. I reckon supporting the locals is the way forward!

Indeed, we cannot begin to try and fight big players and regulation if the vendors do not have a reliable customer base to promote to. Vendors take the risks with quality, losses, tax etc so consumers do not have to

Why didn't you follow your own advice rather than throwing your bloody money at a company who still haven't filled two of your three orders...and tell you to wait a couple more days...and tell you that it will be UK customs delaying them?

One cheap Ego collapsed entirely on its second run-out, the other Ego doesn't hold any charge an the auto-Ego only works with an industrial-sized vacuum pressure applied to it.

I agree, there's not much I can realistically expect, still damn frustrating though as I read people's posts of receiving stuff from them that was ordered after mine. Grr and gnash and bah.

ordered last night .parcelled up already .guess i`ll get it in about 9 days .i dont mind the wait .the savings are worth it ..
 
Finally showing up on tracker, ordered on the 9th,packaged on the 16th,leaving H/K tonight Big BAH Humbug

Bad luck and maybe inferior products.
I know the nitecore I got was genuine and is good so happy with that.
The Evods are, well Evods and other stuff seems ok. I don't consider myself lucky, more so that maybe you have had some bad luck.
Will be interested to know how you find the returns process if you attempt it.
