mixing own liquids

HI can somebody help me with a ratio to mix my own liquids

Basically I am paying 16.00 per bottle at the minute and using the Smok Xcube2 with TFV4 tank (doesn't last long at all)

The mix I currently buy is 80% 20%VG and 3mg nicotine

Could somebody provide me with a ratio mix for 30ml to try and get as near to this mix as possible

I have looked at the calculators but im struggling to understand where it says base nicotine and target nicotine

Base nicotine is the concentrated nicotine probably 7.2mg or 7.2% and the target nicotine is what you want the final mix to be so 3% or 3mg.

if you made 30 ml @ 80vg 20pg 3mg nic with the nic at 72 in pg with 15% flavour in pg

1.25 ml nic
pg 0.25 ml
vg 24ml
flavour 4.5 ml
