Hey Vapours,

Bit of a newb question i'm afraid.

I am awaiting arrival of my first mech mod. A SS Rangnarok by VLS.

I have up until now been tooting away mainly on Istick 50 at home and a Kanger Ipow when out and about.

I have recently started playing in the sub-ohm world with a Fogger, Lemo 2 and Cthulhu on my Istick 0.5 ohm at lowest.

When out and about I mainly use a nautilus or silo 1.6 or 1.8 ohm

What batteries should I use in the Mod so that I can use do both. or is that possible?

Cheers

The Samsung 25R is the favoured battery at the moment and would satisfy all your needs. If you wanted very big capacity, Panasonics would be OK for the Nautilus and Silo.

Although i havn't tried any yet, the samsung 30q 3000mah will be my next battery purchace. 20amp pulse, 15amp constant. Anyone building coils in the sensible res range is gonna get away with these surely. Likely they will be good down to .5ohm although i can't say for a technical fact.

Once i've test driven some myself, if they are as good as i think they will be, i'll post it. Ecolux have them.

I've used the panasonic 3400mah batts but the wrappers can be a bit thick, no good if they are a tight fit because it can damage the wrap & then trouble can follow.

Apart from that, it's the 25r's.
