What's new

nano wasp rda £9.99

The extract that you see in Google only takes specific information hence why you should always check the website for further information. Due to the price the Stentorian always sells out within 1 or two days of getting stock in. I have two batches of Stentorians coming in this week and next.

Also, just a heads up...

Their is going to be a number of things changing and new features being added to the website to allow fast lead times to us as well as larger stock updates and also a more obvious pre order in place.

Again my fellow guru's, please accept my apologies for delays.

Even with the little message saying it's on pre-order at the bottom of the page, it really shouldn't say "IN STOCK" at the top.

I ordered a wasp nano a couple of weeks ago that was also "IN STOCK", and only realised later on that it was pre-order.

My point is, when I looked at the wasp nano page, it had "IN STOCK" and so I added it to my CART and checked out without seeing the message at the bottom of the page that said it was pre-order.

I know there was a message saying it was pre-order, but it is at the bottom of the page and is easy to miss, especially as it says "IN STOCK" right above the add to cart button.

You have since added a little pre-order label on the nano page, above the add to cart button, which is good.

But I fail to see why either of these items say "IN STOCK" at all, when they aren't in stock.

Just saying.

I understand. If you felt a little confused as to conflicting information you could have emailed us or called us directly. Always happy to help.

I didn't feel confused. It said "IN STOCK", I added it to my basket and checked out. No confusion.

Then i later realised it wasn't in stock. Luckily I was, and still am, happy to wait.

I just feel that there should never be an "IN STOCK" status label on pre order items. It might help avoid confusion. :)

to be fair and playing devils advocate here, instead of saying "IN STOCK" couldnt that just be changed to "PRE ORDER"? i tend to agree with @speedfreek67 it is a little confusing and while i know you happily answer questions instead of having conflicting info on the website just make the small change and it wouldnt be an issue. Like i said playing devils advocate, i think you have a real opportunity on here to build a decent customer base for the future and its always worthwhile to listen to their suggestions
