I didn't feel confused. It said "IN STOCK", I added it to my basket and checked out. No confusion.

Then i later realised it wasn't in stock. Luckily I was, and still am, happy to wait.

I just feel that there should never be an "IN STOCK" status label on pre order items. It might help avoid confusion.

This is to allow our customers to place an order to gaurantee their product. Once the stock on pre orders runs low or out they are no longer able to purchase. We have literally had 5 figures of customers come to us in the past month and a half and only a small amount provide similar feedback as yourself.

We are only a small business with the intentions of growing and with the demand, it certainly took us to the point of employing extra manpower and resources plus mainly days and night without sleep and work.

Even though that it may seem simple, a lot of effort and capital goes into the running and build of the website and infrastructure. Something that may seem simple cannot, well, simply be changed. It takes time and that why we are here. For feedback. To allow others to comment and allow out company to learn and evolve to provide a better service.

to be fair and playing devils advocate here, instead of saying "IN STOCK" couldnt that just be changed to "PRE ORDER"? i tend to agree with @speedfreek67 it is a little confusing and while i know you happily answer questions instead of having conflicting info on the website just make the small change and it wouldnt be an issue. Like i said playing devils advocate, i think you have a real opportunity on here to build a decent customer base for the future and its always worthwhile to listen to their suggestions

I've seen a couple of other sites have managed to get their stock in and in customers hands today so hoping you guys are able to get these out asap - can you also confirm what delivery method will be used for these? We do our best with what we've got, and we are very fortunate to have drastically increased our orders by over 3000%, but with that demand comes alot of extra responsibility. We are hiring additional people as we speak to help us keep up with our fortune, but the wheels of recruitment only turn so fast. I assure you all, that we are making significant progress toward getting to a point where 100% of queries are answered same day, if not same hour.

With reference to @Sp3ckyh0td0g81 , we have taken your feedback fully on board and are making moves towards clarifying the system, to ensure that when someone orders a pre-order they have no way of missing that it is indeed a pre order.
