Just my opinion but you should post the same thing ya say when phoned.I advised that we are due shipment to ourselves tomorrow to all of those who I spoke to on the phone. I also advised if they come in at a certain time they would all be dispatched the same day... All 2697 out of 3000.
This is a real shame... Just a simple update to people on here sooner would have been much better... Now you've got customers who were told that pre- orders would be fulfilled tomorrow (Wednesday) but you're saying you don't even expect to have stock until later in the week... Other UK suppliers have these in their customers hands today (pulse bf to be clear)... I appreciate you are busy but a portion of that business is from a very specific number of orders from here so it would have been prudent to keep people informed... Even if the news isn't so good...I understand. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the manufacturers when it comes to pre orders either when it's new items to the market or out of stock items.
Thanks @Afreeb We are designing a more efficient system to help us keep all customers updated. In particular, we are (as we speak) designing a new real time way for customers to monitor pre-orders on our site. Watch this spaceThis is a real shame... Hey Dave, Thanks for your patience, see my reply to afreebI’m happy to wait on mine but it would have been nice to receive an update via email. I’m sure not all customers subscribe to this thread or even these forums. If it wasn’t for checking here we wouldn’t know what was happening.

It's all great designing new ways to make things more efficient but for first time customers left in the dark and finding out that the day before delivery was mentioned in earlier conversation that the dates are shifting by upto a week it means you are unlikely to get repeat orders through this new fangled real time update system...Thanks @Afreeb We are designing a more efficient system to help us keep all customers updated.
