Form reading this thread , i am now regretting placing my order with this guy , i don't mind waiting but he hasn't been upfront from the start, you shouldn't be telling customers information unless its 100% accurate. this will go down as one of those bizarre Pre-orders i made that i didn't need to at all.
I can wait , but wont be coming back for anything else.

As a vaper for over 6 years, I would like to give you a bit of advice, even though you probably really do not want it:
1. Listen to the Apes, they want you to succeed.
2. Sort out your website. Despite everything that has been said in PMs, and in this thread, you are still listing things as In Stock when they clearly are not. Even if the website says that it is pre-order, but it is listed as In Stock and that items will be dispatched from a date that is prior to when I'm looking at the website, then I don't think it's unreasonable for me to think you have stock.
3. Improve your communication. If you think you are going to have stock and things go wrong, sort it immediately. Other companies make mistakes, but they are straight on the phone or emailing me to see if I want a refund or to wait. Also, make sure you reply to emails, I never got a response to mine and had to come onto this public forum for you to start talking to me.
4. Don't overstretch yourself. It's much better to have satisfied customers who will give you many years of repeat business.

It really upsets me to be writing this post. I've never before felt disappointed in a vape shop, either online or bricks and mortar. I want our community to work. Best wishes for the future.
 
@TheVapingGuru.co.uk can you confirm if these are being posted today 100% ? if not i will pm you regarding 2 refunds, i have been very patient in the hope today it would all be confirmed everything is being posted as promised,
 
ok so called into @TheVapingGuru.co.uk and spoke to Chris who is currently working through processing orders, Thor is out looking at new store premises, as of 12pm last night the Wasps were in Dusseldorf and enroute to the UK, Chris told me they use air freight and it is a 2 stage delivery so goes from China to Dusseldorf and then from there to the UK, they are waiting on word from DHL on when they will arrive, they said they could well be here already and just going through the customs process.

just thought id update the thread for those waiting,

This is a shame that you had to go and physically check. With people asking for refunds and dissatisfied with their customer response. You'd think they would be a little more on the ball right now. I'm hoping this is really just start up teething issues and this improves for the future. I would very much like to support uk based companies time will tell. I will see when my 2 items arrive and judge from that. Thank you sp3cky for the update.

Looking at delivery 1st week in November then.
 
I sent an email this morning asking for an update, specifically the expected dispatch date. I still haven’t received a reply. As a customer I don’t expect to have to chase a vendor for information.

i did say this morning I was going to ask for a refund but they are mental busy and genuinely trying their best granted they maybe haven't done everything as we'd of liked but I've no doubt when they receive them we'll have them just one of they things and they couldn't have been nicer and apologetic.
 
Well I said yesterday I was prepared to wait but after sending an email 8 hours ago to which I have had no response I have asked for a refund.
