i did say this morning I was going to ask for a refund but they are mental busy and genuinely trying their best granted they maybe haven't done everything as we'd of liked but I've no doubt when they receive them we'll have them just one of they things and they couldn't have been nicer and apologetic.

I think they overestimated the amount of orders and didn't take into account alot of stuff

Well it's not like we're waiting for anything vital like a kidney.

If the gang would have maybe sent out a blanket email to all the pre-orders explaining the delay, like others have said, it wouldn't have been too much of a drama.

But we're all waiting for probably the most globally hyped item in the Pulse BF. I feel for those that have had to go to extreme lengths to get an update from Thor but for me, I am happy to wait. It's not like I don't have other stuff to use.

I hope that Thor and the gang learn from this and move forward positively.

Was trying to keep it light hearted. I feel for them. I myself am in the same boat but I haven't complained or asked for a refund. I will wait for my wasp and pluse mod because I understand shit happens. Being tucked up by their supply and getting tough love here has probably increased the stress for them. Having a bit of banter and sticking with them I would say isn't taking the piss. Plus being welsh taking the piss out of our neighbouring brothers is just another day. Hahaha

My thoughts also, its not as if I waiting on another RDA, just an impulse buy for me but I can understand peeps getting pi$$ed off .
I've been waiting since the 20th September for my replacement 120 glass from Fasttech , was told to wait 30 working days as of today's date I'm on day 25 ....tbh I doubt it'll turn up now .
