Getting in touch with someone here will be made easier and more streamlined to lessen the response time. I understand many didnt receive communication regarding changes, and this feature will be integrated into our system

We really are working like stink. Thor in particular is surviving on four hours sleep a night until this staffing problem is solved and the system is up and running

I may have missed it in amongst all the posts but what is this 20% referring to?... Refund on orders placed or on future purchases for people affected by the delays? Cheers

Sorry, I have been following this thread quite closely but didn't catch the part about a 20% offer? Could you explain or point me towards the post with information.

I am happy to wait for my order personally as I am not in a rush - just would like the echo the point about keeping your customer base informed via an email or other form of communication promoting transparency, don't want to drone the same point further - apologies.

These things happen in business.
 
So has anyone received anything from these guys yet?
Ordered a wasp & an aleader squonk box thingy on 29th Sept, had a message saying to expect them mid Oct, since then I've received nothing, including responses to the multiple messages I've sent them, via email & their Facebook page.

Not looking good so far...
 
Also curious about this 20% thing? I know it's not a lot, but as a token apology it would say alot
 
I ordered a wasp on 30th Sept. still at processing status, so cancelled order via paypal, got refund yesterday.

So has anyone received anything from these guys yet?
