any update on the nano wasp resin @Ray@thevapingguru ? as @Sp3ckyh0td0g81 was informed they were in Dusseldorf 12pm Tuesday night , you have been online tonight but we get no update :s ...... bad news is better than NO news ... ive been happy to wait and see what happens but it feels like your taking the piss tbh my order status changed to PROCESSING 23 days ago , I would appreciate being kept in the loop even if my order is delayed further :doh:

Come on already, a simple reply would be helpful, I read "he's surviving on 4 hours sleep a night" for the back in this thread.
Doing what? Because it certainly isn't replying to customers or shipping products they've paid for.
This is absolutely bang out of order, what a way to kill the business before you even get started.
When are you sending me my product?
 
I'm starting to doubt my patience now. I have emailed and have received an automated reply to which gives no information to me. I like many others would just like a simple reply with any form of update bad or good. Running a team myself if I cannot meet my predicted time frame or a delay encours my first priority is to notify any and all effected by said changes to ensure all effected parties are aware and understand the circumstance to why this has happened. Even though this has gotten me in more than 1 or 2 very awkward meetings with clients and upset my bosses. Like my bampi use to to tell me when I'd rob a worthers original from his tin. Just an automated response myself on Thursday, not good enough regardless of going to the vape show. Couple more days then both orders will get requests for refunds. This isn't good customer service by any stretch and I'll happily argue that with them if needs be.

It seems a bit odd fucking off to a vape show to swan about for the weekend when there seem to be thousands of people waiting for wasp nanos? Maybe just me...
 
No not just you. After the earlier post on Facebook about an expected dispatch this week, I'm going to give it another day for them to sort this out. I've been patient but to be honest, I'm fast running out. My paypal claim will be going in tomorrow. Ironically I actually had a preorder with Fasttech for the resin Wasp and also the Pulse BF, but I cancelled them to order from this bunch of clowns.
 
Well I haven't sent any emails, or submitted a PP claim (yet). All I want to know from VG is, will I be taking receipt of the 2 resin nanos I ordered any time in the foreseeable future? I hope Expo was a good experience but now back to business please.
 
Apes, as mentioned in the other thread, please PM me with your order numbers. I will check the status of each, and reply to each in that fashion.

Also, as mentioned in the other thread, we apologize for the lack of comms, but its been unavoidable. We've taken a 3000% surge in sales and are working day and night to keep up. This is the reason for no comms. Theres only a few of us.

Doing our best. Refunds will be issued to those who want them. We are in no way "clowns" and are not trying to do anything nefarious. We are simply trying to keep up with a surge we hadnt anticipated.
 
How is there all this extra work. Very few people have received anything so what are you actually doing?
