I think this whole episode has been dealt with poorly, using excuses that could not be backed up and in sense they have been caught out telling untruths, i suspect to hold onto as much money as possible and not lose orders.
Fasttech can supply me with a nano wasp now at least i know it will take a week or so not over a month to arrive. I am usually patient with ordering stuff but when i start to see contadictions and some questions ignored then it has to be paypal claim time.
This debacle has lost TVG a whole load of future custom and rightly so imo

Big problem was they took on far too much than they could handle. The problem with pre order is you have got to follow through with promises on shipping dates otherwise normally patient people turn into crazed stinging Wasps.

I was happy to wait, but the things that have done me are the lack of to the point answers, to many answers are business spiel like. They claimed the wasps where in Dusseldorf which i don't believe as they would have been sent direct to UK from China which i maybe wrong but why did they have no tracking on the goods to confirm where the wasps actually are. Is Oumier going to send out 3500 wasps then say oh they seem to have gone missing we will just lose thousands and send another 3500 without investigating where the first 3500 are, where has the 2nd 3500 wasps suddenly appeared from if Oumier are struggling with demand.
Then i see the stuff about change of names, change of directors and i think Josh Malone style so thats it paypal claim done awaiting refund and then its goodbye, i won't bother with TVG again as i don't trust them

recently at work 3 doors were marked on a suppliers paperwork as being here as part of a bulk delivery but they werent delivered. took nearly a month to sort and go through all sorts of grief and hassle before they admitted defeat and sent the 3 doors again for the ones that had went missing. 4 weeks to sort

but im sure Oumier were happy to write off 3500 wasps as gone missing that they sent without tracking and then just send a further 3500....again without tracking

i took my refund for the wasp RDA & RDTA and ordered the Pharaoh Mini RTA from Fasttech, its on preorder but should be available in the next couple of days, im not fussed when it comes as i also have the OBS Crius 2 due this week, id bet though itll arrive before anything ordered from the Guru
