My paypal claim for a refund went in earlier.

Now is it just me, but when I've just been to the site, it allowed me to put a Pulse BF into my basket with no indication at all about stock levels. So it looks like they are still taking orders without any stock....

Accountants have advised we seek legal action against Oumier. If you wish to request a refund please go through proper channels on PayPal and one will be issued.

Does this mean I need to put in a PayPal claim even if I'm still willing to wait or do you think there's no chance of getting a shipment at all now? If that's the case won't you automatically refund me anyway?

So, does yesterdays update not stand any more?

Resins are now expected to be hitting us, and shipping from us, mid this week. Manufacturer has assured us they have now caught up with the orders and we will finally get them in.

Just so we are clear here, are you still getting the second shipment of wasps or not? If you are, I am happy to wait. If you aren't, then you should refund all wasp orders automatically.

How do I decide if I wish to request a refund? On what basis should I make that decision? Right now I am unclear as to whether you are still getting the wasps, or not. If you think they aren't coming, then just refund everyone and be done with it.

Or should I just wait, in case your wasps turn up?

1st of all i want to say sorry to anyone that ordered one after seeing my original post about it hind site is a wonderful thing i wood never have posted it if knew what was going to happen but there you go i did sorry apes @TheVapingGuru.co.uk i have sat back and waited in the hope that you would have come up trumps with the goods but its not going to happen so i to have put in a claim with paypal this afternoon for reasons that have been said many times on here allready i think you may have learned a valuable bissness lesson here on how not to do things there are many vendors on here that we hold in high regard and that simply is because of the great service they give us not poor excuses they try and fob us off with

Oumier are adamant they have sent our stock out. Accountants still insisting on legal action. If we get them, we will ship them, if not all refunds will issue automatically

Well that's disappointing. Ordered the wasp and gave up one I'd won in a comp on here.

Will use the refund towards something else.

No bad feeling towards the guys, shit happens.
