It was a gift for family member anyway. But I've also ordered the pluse bf mod and will happily await for you're update. [emoji16]

Update:

Accountants have advised we seek legal action against Oumier. If you wish to request a refund please go through proper channels on PayPal and one will be issued.

Pulses will now arrive this week, details to follow tonight

Fuchais due this week, details to follow.

We are sorry. We did our best on the wasps and got screwed. Won't be replying after tonight as must get this sorted

So along with the wasps there are pulses and fuchais which i suspect are also somewhere in dussledorf?

For the record, we can only regurgitate what info we are fed. If the manufacturer says they're in Dusseldorf, then that's what we know

Oumier are adamant they have sent our stock out. Accountants still insisting on legal action. If we get them, we will ship them, if not all refunds will issue automatically

So if this is all oumiers fault, can you explain why you've not sent out, or responded to any of my queries regarding the aleader mod, which I ordered in a separate transaction, also on the 29th of September?

You should have been given tracking number at least, for both yourselves and Oumier's peace of mind. I don't think anyone would have mided paying an extra few pence or a quid, i say this as i guess you did whatever to keep the price down. While i think of it would you not been better off using a UK wholesaler?
