Well i haven't recieved anything in way of a good will gesture (so that's another lie being told) , i have requested a refund but not heard anything, i also raised it higher with Paypal and you "the seller" have not responded, i dont want any of your "good will gesture" and i certainly will not wait any longer for my WASP, so get on with the refund, stop telling even more lies,
Should be banned from this site as a seller, i,m quite shocked you're still allowed to peddle your lies on here further.

He PM'd me a picture saying my order was refunded, bit guess what? Still waiting on sellers response in PayPal! Also told me I could have a 20% discount code, didn't arrive (although I won't be using it) lies upon lies

They've had their vendor status removed; I think the relevant post is in the "Apology..." thread, but I could be wrong...I've definitely seen it somewhere!
 
Yep, vendor status removed last night. They can still post and have an account so they should be able to account for themselves. I didn't get an apology letter either, not that I really expected one..
 
People who have had no answer to their paypal case need to escalate their claim and get paypal to deal with it. TVG have had long enough to respond and refund. To me they will hold as much of your money for as long as they can in the hope they get to keep some of it
 
Escalated my 2 refund requests at the weekend, waited a week for an email reply to my polite enquiry so hit refund on paypal Thursday. In my business, orders are dealt with asap with issues communicated to the customer as soon as possible. Just feel burnt by the whole experience. :(
 
I escalated my claim straight away as it said the seller is unable to respond to your claim so that was the only option.
