I have already escalated it in PayPal, but they've still given them until the 12th to respond, so we'll over a week since I requested the escalation.
Scammers should not be given that amount of time, and that's what this racket is, Scammers, wouldn't surprise me if they knew all along they wouldn't be able to honour orders placed.
The clown replied on Facebook saying to ask for refund with PayPal and the proceeded to block me from replying to him there.
They shouldn't be allowed to sell anything ever again. And planet of the vapes were far too slow to remove their seller status to be completely honest.

If you think about it paypal should have realised what was going on here. For them to take the amount of pre orders they did without fulfilling a single order should have been picked up by them. Its not like they wouldnt have seen these types of scams before. Admittedly the scale here was mamoth and could have easily run into six figures. The only time they would have known if they wernt looking would have been due to the amount of refund requests.
The way folks were fobbed off and stalled, would make the whole incident appear innocent which as shown here meant it took people a long time to realise something stunk allowing TVG to continue racking up orders.
POTV must have been in a very awkward position.

Completely agree.
Its paypal that will pay the most.
The longer they kept it going the more they convert from paypal.
They probably saw it as a victimless crime.

my paypals showing hes got till the 11th to respond. Hopefully everyone will get their money back, just hope nobody gets made a mug off or is holding out for something that at this stage is looking like its never going to turn up. plus 2 days ago on this thread, Ray said the pulse's were posted that day so has anyone actually received one i know mine has not turned up.
