Nearly 6 weeks since original order placed, 49 pages later, several threads, numerous posters and some replies from the vapeguru and we are in no better position.
How many people have actually received a refund?
How many people have actually received their nano wasp?
Why is it still showing on their website as in stock?
Some people claimed they live 10 minutes away from where this company is based and vouched for this company early on in the thread. If I lived that close and spent money with this company, or fellow apes did I would make that 10 min journey easily!!!

I ordered mine with a Pulse bf on the 30th September, knowing it was a preorder. I actually cancelled my preorder with Fasttech based on the speedy resolution of a shipping error on the VG site. Thinking back, the error was due to something about the item being shipped from outside the uk. Thor sorted this out in 5 minutes, but knowing this in hindsight, this should have set the alarm bells ringing.....
Expecting the Wasp and Pulse to be arriving mid-october, I was happy to wait, but a lack of response to messages on here, via the VG site and Facebook group meant that I decided to get my Paypal refund on 29th October. Mine was refunded 24 hours later. I ordered the Wasp from Fasttech (it arrived a week later) and the Pulse from Vaping 101 which arrived in 48hrs.
So I was one of those that gave them a glowing review at first, and was prepared to wait for a week or two past the expected date, but it was getting clear that they had got out of their depth.
Now after seeing some of the comments from Ray on here and Thor on Facebook, my earlier recommendation was misplaced and if anyone ordered based on my posts, I'm as gutted as you are.
Such a shame and a lesson to all vendors on how not to treat customers and members of the largest vape forum in the UK.

you mean i "claimed" to live 5 mins away? i do live 10 mins away and what i did was i googled the company before any of this started and found their address and a landline phone number, which i called, no answer but i got a phonecall back from Thor, remember this was before anything started and we had a 10 min conversation and he came across as being genuine and upfront about them being a new business and looking to set up a shop and i came away from the phonecall believing i was dealing with someone genuine, if you read back i said as much,
fast forward to now and alot of shit has happened which i was hardly likely to know about, was i duped by the phonecall thinking they were brand new ? aye probably but there was nothing sinister or underhand in my "claiming" to live 10 mins away and as far as "vouching" for them goes, like i said i made a phonecall and tried to find out what i could to be helpful to other apes who were considering buying,
my advice to you is, in any walk of life if you have something to say, just say it be straight and dont beat around the bush, rather than say "some people" quote the person you are referring to and im sure they will happily discuss your point with you
and just to add you say if other apes had made purchases from someone who lived 10 mins away you would make that journey easily? what would you suggest ? drive to the house bang on the door demand justice ? go and make a scene at a property over the issue ?
