I ordered mine with a Pulse bf on the 30th September, knowing it was a preorder. I actually cancelled my preorder with Fasttech based on the speedy resolution of a shipping error on the VG site. Thinking back, the error was due to something about the item being shipped from outside the uk. Thor sorted this out in 5 minutes, but knowing this in hindsight, this should have set the alarm bells ringing.....
Expecting the Wasp and Pulse to be arriving mid-october, I was happy to wait, but a lack of response to messages on here, via the VG site and Facebook group meant that I decided to get my Paypal refund on 29th October. Mine was refunded 24 hours later. I ordered the Wasp from Fasttech (it arrived a week later) and the Pulse from Vaping 101 which arrived in 48hrs.
So I was one of those that gave them a glowing review at first, and was prepared to wait for a week or two past the expected date, but it was getting clear that they had got out of their depth.
Now after seeing some of the comments from Ray on here and Thor on Facebook, my earlier recommendation was misplaced and if anyone ordered based on my posts, I'm as gutted as you are.
Such a shame and a lesson to all vendors on how not to treat customers and members of the largest vape forum in the UK.
