I’m stripping a T Class, as it’s showing signs of juice ingress. I wonder if you could help on several points:
Has any of you done this?

back in the day, when I repaired mobile phones, I used to clean boards, via an ultrasonic cleaner. With a 50/50 mix of hammerite thinners and distilled water. I’m assume there’s nothing better or plain different I could use, is there?

If I change connections and wiring to the output side. How am I able to adjust the internal resistance, on an sx board.

how many, batteries can this board support.

I have put boards in a ziploc with Isopropyl alcohol, and then ran it through my ultrasonic cleaner successfully.

I don't know of any way to check/change the IR on any SX board.

Since it's a 200w dual battery mod I assume it has been wired serially (which you can check during disassembly), so I'd say 2 batteries. If you can find a datasheet for the board you'd be looking for the input voltage specs

Thanx for the reply.

If its setup as a series battery mod I don't think you can change it on a yihi board and as for finding info you might find it difficult I tried to find info about a sx350 yihi board yrs ago and found nothing

Me too.

Can of WD Contact cleaner, use as much as you want, just let it dry. Job done for 4 quid ish.

its two batteries in series with a balance charger wire (the tiny thin one wired in the middle normally black) if its got juice on it you may be in for problems juice being acidic will eat into the board contact cleaner and a brush may help but normally I junk boards that have juice on them as they just will short out in the end.
