Any tips of getting a stripped grub screw out

The head was like butter and now totally rounded off

You can buy screw extractors but I'm not sure they do them small enough for the tiny screws used in vaping. I gather it is in an atty?

Another option might be try and tap a slightly bigger sized Allen key into the hex and see if you can get just enough purchase in the screw to move it.

Folks on a similar thread recently suggested superglue on the end of an allen key or a fine drill bit and wheech it out...

Or a torx bit if you have any handy, the star shaped ones. The points of the star should just grip the edges if you have a tight fit.

As long as the screw isn't an innie (which since it's Allen head, I guess it is, but hey ho), try dremelling the head of the screw either side to allow you to get a pair of long nose pliers on it.

There are several options - Superglue on an allen key - may work but ensure you clean everything thouroughly before and after (E-liquid will stop the glue from sticking, Chemical metal filling putty instead of superglue, you could also try using a combination of a Torx type driver wedged into the screw and heat applie to the post...

Try a few cycles in an ultrasonic bath if you have one, sometimes rattles them loose.
