New MTL-RTA (Fumytech Gotank RTA?)

I am having the flu since pretty much last Sunday and actually have not vaped since.
But today I filled up my Cthulhu MTL RTA with some Grape-Menthol Liquid (Jungle Wave Purple Sunrise) with a 0.8 coil and it's actually quite nice.

I have already got the Digiflavor Siren V2 22mm on the way from Everzon (will also buy the 24mm version if I like the 22mm one) but I thought to myself, what other MTL-RTA's might be interesting?
I know, the first recommandation would most likely be the Berserker, but I just can't stand its look with that stupid slogan on the top. Might sound like a pretty stupid reason for most of you out there, but that's just how it is for me.

I have actually always wanted to get something by Fumytech, like the Windforce for example, but I simply refuse to buy anything that does not use a standard drip tip, so I never did. But I always kept up with their newer releases. Some time ago they released the Rose MTL RTA, which would be interesting, but that red rose on it's top ruins the look for me again. My stuff needs to be matchy-matchy!
What I have seen now is the Fumytech Gotank MTL RTA, which does not look horrible for once! But I can't really find out too much about it and also can not find a place that actually sells it.


In the end, there are two questions:

1. Does anyone out here know something about the Gotank RTA or simply knows a place where I could buy it?
2. What would be your other suggestions?

If you like simple, plain and 22mm for MTL you really do need to try an SXK Doggy Styled clone. I was a bit put off by the plastic tank at first, but really I can't fault them. Cheap, easy to build, and they never leak too.

Siren is awesome. So is the Berserker mini. Looks much nicer than the full sized one as it has a full metal jacket. I'm keeping my eye on the Vandy Vape Berserker MTL RDA that's on pre-order. Any the Vapefly Galaxies MTL RDA.

The Tilemahos armed is a good one. The authentic is quite expensive and could be hard to find the 22mm, mine is a coppervape clone. It’s very good with stainless steel wire and the screwless deck.

I just ordered one yesterday. Jai Haze nearly put me off but as much as I like some of his reviews he can also be a real dick at times.

I am really not interested in those high-end RTA's. Neither authentic, nor clone.
In my opinion they are most of the time just overcomplicated without really offering any benefits.

The gotank mil deck looks very similar to the fumytech rose MTL tank. I can see there are two fewer post screws which could possibly hint at the deck being slightly more compact than the rose.

I have a rose, and i have so far been a little underwhelmed with it (after some high hopes). the flavour isn't bad, but its definitely not up to the level of a berserker or kayfun prime. i thought wicking might be simple on the rose, just passing a little cotton through the deck holes, but vaping at low watts iim getting slightly dry hits after a couple of puffs. maybe i will try even less cotton at some point in the future. i have heard that the rose is great with tobaccos, but i have only tried fruits so far, and as i said earlier flavour seems a little lacking. from the pictures on the fumytech website, the gotank chamber looks like it might have a domed internal shape (the rose has not), and combine that with (what i think might be) a smaller chamber, and the flavour will hopefully be better than the rose.

the top fill method is really easy, and it hasn't leaked on me. build quality seems pretty good, but without a premium feel to it. you can get a fairly tight mtl, just about tight enough for me. for comparison its about the same as a prime on the second tightest setting somewhere around a 1.2mm airflow hole i think). you can get it tighter, but imo it ruins the vape.

It's unfortunate that the Rose 3 doesn't come with the mtl airflow reducers as standard. Trick with the wicking is to not actually put the cotton thru the side wicking slots at all but to just fluff the cotton and then place it on the inside of the chamber against the inside of the wick slot to create a barrier.
