What's new

New RBA user

Ah yes of course, but that stage will pass and you’ll find building etc a chore and get to the point where you look at your wick which is black as a coal miner’s lung and think “that’ll do for another week or two at least...” ;)

I dare say you're right - but I will enjoy the journey while it lasts, plus I get to talk utter shite on here without being ripped to bits.

I haven't looked in to squoking, don't know anything about them.
Although like Scottishduck13 thought I was going to save a bit of cash after quitting the demon fags but can't stop buying hardware, only been vaping for coming up to 3 months now and I've got the x-priv, with a couple of each q4, t6 and mesh coils, the prince RBA with the coil master multi pack of assorted coils, a Smok Skyhook RBTA ( Haven't tried out yet!!) An extra prince tank and a cobra edition tank and a e-priv on pre order. If my Mrs knew she would batter me, but what she doesn't know can't hurt her (or her hurt me to be more precise)

Same boat dude, most of my stuff is kept in my work drawer and I have a set mod/tank I travel home with at night haha

wait till you are 3 years in. 40+ regulated mods, 10 squonkers and 22 mechs plus 3 regulated on the way. not to mention a dripper or tank for each plus a few left over, and then there's about 10 -20set ups that have gone to new homes. All the bits and bobs for coil making plus juice making products as well . There's hope for you yet lol.:)

I have been trying to justify it slightly by selling some old kit, but I still seem to be selling 1 item and buying 3 more lol

To be fair we have done without for years, now we have new front door, new bed, etc etc.As long as it`s being spent wisely and not on boots / handbags I wont complain.

It's far less faff and frustration compared to RTA's plus you get the ultimate dripper experience without pissing around dripping so great for taking out and about, my RTA's stay at home now.

But it is another mod, a bottle, another set of tanks which all equates to more faff. I have had a look around at Squonks and they mostly appear to be mechs. It just doesn't appeal to me. I have been out all day working with a Smok Big Baby RBA, fitted with a simple pair of Spaced Claptons @ 0.25ohms/60w and I have been getting a nice flavoursome vape with no leaking, no dry hits and juice consumption that isn't excessive.

Vaping has become a hobby for me. My goal is to be able to get the very best vape without spending the earth, which will be achieved by method and consistency. I read these forums and think that most people seem to be getting caught up in the hype of it all and they are chasing the Holy Grail of vaping that just doesn't exist. I haven't seen a tank or mod that has actually brought something new to the party since I began vaping and until battery technology improves they will just keep on churning out kit that rehashes existing technology. Watching back old Youtube reviews of existing and new hardware I would venture that there has been nothing actually innovative in about 5 years.

One day you will all be puffing small pod systems, and they will work better than big tanks and mods.
