Nothing wrong with testing concentrates in a little water but shot glass of spirit is a little OTT.
Milk is a perfect use for my strawberry concs as i can't bloody taste it in vaping anyway and makes a cracking milkshake

Duly noted good Sir. However, I have personally tried concentrates diluted with water after reading about people's techniques on elr. It wasn't great but did give me a feel for the taste. Simpler perhaps than doing lots of rewicking.
I was not being sarcastic, the whiskey part was perhaps unnecessary, though I feel the OP got the joke.
I'll shut up now.

Honestly, get at least a second tank. You might need a back-up one day too. You can rotate the coils, but rather than rinse put them in a little baggy (label it maybe) to use again when you want to go back to that flavour. I did that when I first started and it worked OK.

Second tank bought! So I’ve taken on the advice and tried a few flavours and makes now swapping similar flavours with one coil and others with a second coil kept in a little bag and it’s working well. Went to a vape shop yesterday and tried a Nic Salt. Wow! Two toots and I could feel the nicotine immediately so decided on a second tank for salts for when I’m out and just need a fix. Having much fun
