What really helped me in the beginning was upping my nic, rather drastically actually. That and finding a PV/Topper that could deliver the "oomph" that smoking had...

My weakest moments were definitely when I was out drinking. The alcohol and the numbed throat demanded some serious throat kick from my vape to keep me away from just picking up a cig.
