Heyo! Going strong three weeks come Tuesday, been hanging around ECF but like the idea of things a little less murica-centric, so...here looks good!

Aaaaanywho, started off with a disposable cig-a-like POS that left me needing a fag after, gave up on it until one of the chicks in work had her wee kit out and I just so happened to get a spam mail about a sale on one of the e-cig stores that weekend, bonus I had some spare cash (a rare feat!) so gave in to fate pushing me towards a purchase and got an eGo/CE4 starter kit and a slew of jooses in 18mg so they'd work a bit better than that first 10mg fail disposable, two days in decided the CE4s were tripe and went for a protank2 which I LURVE so much. Haven't smoked since, had a few cravey moments but more background noise that's not punchy enough to be fannied heading to the shops and quashed by a bit of chain-vaping. Have since splurged a bit and ordered another couple of the protanks and a wee tornado RCS for the sake of having a colourdy wee thing - much prefer the bottom coil, glass still gives a better taste IMO but the cheaper junk goes well in my wee backup plastic - and a rather intimidating stash of tester juices to keep my fickle tastebuds amused. Also got a DDA to try out this whole dripping lark the kids all rave about, but the coils were pish - first one was so loose the wicks literally slide out the second I went to prime it, and the spare had a split in the wire so it just kerploded soon as I looked at it - so have ordered some supplies to give making my own a lash.

Also, I'm one of those folks who rarely says much, but when I do I can't shut up. Surprising, I know. :)

So yeah, hi! I'm off the fags, but 100% addicted to the shinies of vaping. No the worst trade, unless you're my bank account (although I'm just about breaking even now, even with the shiny-itis...however long that'll last!).

Hello and welcome Skitty, you've come to the right place! Vaping is expensive to start with as you get set up, just remember that you are investing in a healthy future!! Once you've settled on some favourite juices and a good set up, the cost reduces!!! Have fun learning and trying new things, read lots of reviews and you'll start to get an idea of what's out there!! And there's usually someone around to help if needed!

Cheers folks! And yeah, worked out how much I'm spending on vaping versus how much would have been chucked in an ashtray, so especially given the reusability of a lot of the kit I've splurged on, I'm happy to spend. I am desperately enticed by the itaste 134 because, well, sonic screwdriver! :) I know we lassies say size doesn't matter, but we also say we don't care if guys forget anniversaries and that nothing's wrong, so... ;)

Have so far fallen madly in love with the Alice in Vapeland stuff, but still trying the guff I've got from like eight different vendors, and there's bajillons I've not even looked at, so have room on the love-list to excuse testing more. Biggest shame is the closest thing to B&M out here in the boonies is a couple of places stocking the same guff as every other garage, yukk!

Best bit is with the vaping craze going gangbusters around work since that one lady converted a whole mess of us, and our enthusiasm slowly infects the other smokers, I get to play juice-fairy with anything I don't like, so nothing goes to waste, I just hand off the blah bottles to some other newbie who might appreciate it more and don't feel as bad as if I had to toss it.
