Newbie VG and Vodka/water etc..

Hi Guys

Newbie question. I am using a calc to do a 50 VG and 50 PG mix. What % of vodka / water do I need to add. Would Vodka be better than DW.
Also do I deduct the % of Vodka / DW from the amount of VG I am adding. My calc gives me this error... Unable to add enough VG for desired level
Without ingredients and Nico for 50 ml would that be 50% PG 40% VG and 10 % WD / vodka

I use vodka in a vodka and lime juice I copy from alchemists cupboard. In their original they use only 5% vodka which I copied and its pretty much perfect for me.
If you use "e juice me up" calculator it works everything out for you...

Thanks for the reply. Do you add the vodka into the calculations as in the calc i'm using brings this off the added VG. EG. 50 50 mix leaves 50PG and 45 VG with 5% vodka or do you do all the calculations to do 50 50 mix and just add the % of vodka at the end

The simple answer is that you don't need to add any. Entirely optional and the calculator should show zero by default.
I've used vodka is a few recipes, about 10%. If you set your desired outcome ratio and it shows a negative value, then you need to adjust your target to whatever can be achieved.
